- 3/14: Signed initial contract with $5k deposit
- 3/18: Structural options locked in
- 3/24: Initial meeting with NVR loan officer - mortgage application submitted
- 3/27: Guardian and Rite Rug flooring appointments and selections locked in
- 4/1: Finalized remaining options and signed final purchase agreement
- 4/2: Delivered remainder of good faith money
- 4/18: Loan approval and broke ground the same day!
- 4/21: Foundation footers in place
- 4/24: Initial PM meeting
- 4/28: Foundation walls poured
- 5/10: Wood arrives on site
